This is a project that we are still working on, so it is actually work in progress. But we are pretty excited about it and wanted to share some images. It is a website design for a powdered juice brand, so it needs o be all colorful and refreshing, we are having a lot of fun working on this, hopefully we will be able to share a link the live site soon. Logo proposal for a technology company focused on assisting corporate customers in registering and managing brand top level domains.

The Morningside Hotel

Not all logos are created the same way, some of them require a really detailed work in order to say the things we need them to say.

In this case we had to create a logo for a hotel placed in South Africa, and the client wanted it to have a strong relationship with the country and its nature. So we were given a bunch of different ideas about things related to South Africa, all of them representing it in some way so we could choose some of them as a base for our logo. Among all those things one captured our attention right away, this huge, beautiful and unique flower that is no less than the south african national flower: the king protea.

So we decided to base our logo first logo concepts on this flower, and we didn’t have to make any other concept, the client loved it at first sight. :)

Red Laboro Logo Options

These are some logo options we created for a logo contest, unfortunately there were some other great options and our entry didn’t win. At least the chosen logo was a really good one and not some crappy work as so often the case is.

But we get to show what we did, the logo was for a site linking young, just graduated (or about to graduate) prefessionals and potential employers. Hope you like’em!

Web Services Rainforest

This image was requested by a good old client for their website. They provide all kind of web services and they wanted to represent this in this crazy way: a rain forest where all animals are mixed and combined with icons representing those services. So we started with that description and ended up with a big-nice-colorful forest full of details, here you can see the full image plus some steps of the process.
